Week 1 Strength Reps - Set 1 Wednesday - T: 3x10 @65-75 RPM Open Ride at least 90 mins
Week 2 Strength Reps - Set 2 Thursday - SST: 4x6 Open Ride at least 90 mins
Week 3 Strength Reps - Set 3 FTP O/U - Shorter Open Ride at least 90 mins
Week 4 Leg Speed Set 1 3. Thursday - SST: 5x6 Cadence Changes Open Ride at least 90 mins
Week 5 Strength Reps - Set 2 Thursday - SST: 4x6 Open Ride at least 90 mins
